Who We Are
As a group of specialists that worked to support democracy defenders in authoritarian regimes around the world, as well as experts on extremist groups in the U.S, the Adversarial Analysis team advises pro-democracy groups to tailor their activities to resist and counter fascist authoritarian forces in order to renew democracy in America.
The Analytical Framework
Using a combination of conflict analysis methodologies, we examine the natures of the factions that make up the Trump Administration by uncovering the ideologies and motivations that form their policy agendas. Each faction is playing their own game, with their own rules, for their own goals. Untangling that makes the chaos more understandable and easier to manage. The Framework exposes fissures between the factions and allows for precise forecasting.
This elaborate analysis offers mapping of actors, their relations and interactions, capabilities, power and shows you their activity in a specific context. The Framework can highlight macro dynamics and trends, but
it also allows you to zoom in and focus on a particular agency or set of policies, as needed by the clients.
